The location is superb, just a stone's throw from Paddington station, making travel plans a breeze. The room layout offers a cozy feel, perfect for a short stay.

Unfortunately, I found the room a bit cramped, more suited for a solo traveler than a couple. The bathroom had a leak that required a handheld shower for adequate pressure, which was less than ideal. I also noticed some noise from the community garden nearby, which could disrupt your evening peace a bit, especially on the fourth floor where I stayed.

Great stay during my medical appointments. The room met my basic needs, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, even offering assistance post-surgery. A nearby Indian restaurant offered delicious meals, perfect for a quick bite before recovery. Be mindful of possible noise from other guests on busy nights.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the comfy beds and the little fridge in the room for late-night snacks. I found relaxation in the cozy lobby with comfy sofas, and I appreciated the option to use the small lounge area to unwind after a day out. The only thing I noticed was the shower could’ve used a bit more space, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

The absence of an elevator means hauling luggage up steep stairs, especially to higher floors, can be a hassle. The vibrations from the underground trains rattle the entire building every few minutes, disrupting any chance of a peaceful night’s sleep. Room sizes are cramped, providing minimal space to move around, let alone open a suitcase. The limited breakfast selection leaves much to be desired, and in some instances, guests have reported issues with cleanliness, such as tiny bugs appearing in the shower.

Excellent location just minutes from transport links. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and ample charging points. the lack of a lift made stair access challenging, especially with children, and noise from creaky floorboards and nearby trains disrupted sleep. Breakfast options were limited, further detracting from the experience.

Clean rooms and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. No lift access means lugging bags up steep stairs is tough.

This spot has a solid triple room and is a short walk to Hyde Park!
